These include Cloudflare for hosting and spam prevention, Resend for contact-form email delivery, and Google Workspace for our business email. Information may be processed in countries other than your own. We do not sell contact-form information.

Security, cookies and analytics

We use encrypted connections and limit access to enquiry information to those who need it for the purposes above. Cloudflare Turnstile checks contact-form submissions for abuse and may process technical signals, including IP address and browser information. The website does not use advertising cookies or audience analytics. Fonts are served directly by the website. Infrastructure providers may process security and operational logs.

Cloudflare Turnstile

We use Cloudflare Turnstile on our contact form for security, abuse prevention and bot detection. Turnstile may process technical information needed to distinguish legitimate visitors from automated activity. This processing supports website security and fraud and abuse prevention. Retention

We retain enquiries and related correspondence only for as long as reasonably needed to handle the enquiry, maintain a relevant business relationship, and meet applicable record-keeping obligations. We periodically review retained information and delete information that is no longer needed. Provider logs and backups follow the relevant provider’s retention settings.

Your questions and requests

You can ask about the information you have provided, request a correction or ask us to delete it by emailing info@elsoan.com. We will consider your request in light of the circumstances and applicable requirements. We may need to verify your identity before responding.
